Abstract: This project introduces Handyman, a comprehensive mobile application developed to revolutionize the way Malaysians access essential home and technical services. Inspired by existing platforms like TaskRabbit and AirTasker, Handyman is tailored for the Malaysian market, providing a centralized solution for booking skilled professionals such as technicians, carpenters, electricians, cleaners, and more. The application aims to bridge the gap between consumers and service providers through a seamless digital platform, enabling users to book, track, and review services with transparency and convenience. Available on both Android and iOS platforms, the app includes key features such as real-time location tracking, service provider ratings, customizable search filters, and a user-friendly dashboard for both customers and providers. It eliminates hidden charges, ensures clear pricing, and supports manual and map-based location entry. The novelty of Handyman lies in its integration of multiple services within a single platform, zero maintenance cost, and flexible design customization. This innovation contributes significantly to improving daily life efficiency and offers commercial potential across Malaysia. The product is fully developed and ready for market deployment, with expectations of rapid adoption due to its relevance and user-centric design. Ultimately, Handyman not only simplifies access to daily repair and maintenance needs but also supports the digitalization of the local service economy.
