Abstract: This document provides a comprehensive strategic plan aimed at updating the labor legislation of the Republic of Moldova to address the challenges posed by digital labor platforms. It identifies legislative and institutional gaps, offers detailed proposals for legislative amendments, includes a phased implementation plan, and aligns the proposed actions with European good practices from Spain, Belgium, and France. The document is developed within the framework of the JWCPW project (Protecting Working Conditions in the Platform Economy: Moldovan-Lithuanian Social Dialogue), funded by the European Union.
