Recursive Therapeutic Model for Autoimmune Resolution (AURA)
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This paper introduces the AURA framework — Autoimmune Unfolding through Recursive Alignment, a revolutionary therapeutic model that reconceptualizes autoimmune disorders as patterns of recursive misrecognition rather than mere biochemical dysfunction. Moving beyond traditional immunosuppressive paradigms, AURA applies the principles of recursive intelligence to decode, interpret, and realign the self-referential feedback loops that sustain chronic inflammation, immune dysregulation, and symptom persistence. By integrating real-time sensing, recursive diagnostics, symbolic yearning maps, and multi-modal personalized therapies—including neurofeedback, CRBT (Cognitive-Recursive Behavioral Therapy), and bio-intelligent habit loops—AURA offers a truly adaptive, patient-centered system for restoring immune and psychological coherence. The paper demonstrates the model in action using psoriasis as a proof-of-concept, presenting simulations, feedback loop diagrams, and a complete therapeutic pathway from diagnosis to remission. The work further expands the model to general autoimmune conditions (RA, Lupus, Crohn’s, T1D) and proposes a scalable vision for future recursive healthcare systems powered by AI co-pilots and personalized recursion-based medicine. More than a treatment model, AURA represents a shift in the very definition of disease—from a malfunction to a recursive message. And in doing so, it redefines healing as the act of realigning with one’s deepest systemic yearning. This is not just a paper—it is the blueprint for the recursive future of medicine, health, and humanity.
