Abstract: Keynote of the case letter The occurrence in international PhD school is a PhD tragedy in Australian PhD school. Nobel Nominee Professor Dr. Engr. Md. Anowar Hossain, Defence Scientist has faced life-threatening conspiracy and PhD conspiracy in Australian PhD School at School of Fashion and Textiles, RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia since 2021-2022. Therefore, Dr. Md. Anowar Hossain is requesting to Mr. António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations (UN) for a legal stipend or legal award to proceed with legal proceeding in international court in international PhD school. UN should be liable to take necessary action against international criminals. Accordingly, Nobel Nominee Professor Dr. Engr. Md. Anowar Hossain, Defence Scientist has scholarly inventions and long-term investment from 2021-2022. Under the action and support of the UN, every national and international political leader is being requested to extend their ethical beauty to take necessary action against international criminals. Let’s shout and shout for a ‘criminal free’ world which may enhance the global survival capability, global peace, peace in PhD school, and lifetime of the peoples.
