Abstract: ABSTRACT Software development is changing as a result of the quick developments in cloud computing and artificial intelligence (AI). Unprecedented opportunities to improve the effectiveness, scalability, and quality of software applications are presented by the combination of AI-powered tools with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This study examines how AI and AWS work together to enhance software development procedures, ranging from testing and coding to deployment and upkeep. It looks into the difficulties that traditional software engineering has adjusting to cloud environments while satisfying contemporary needs like operational automation and real-time client personalization. Businesses may lower costs, increase system reliability, and speed up development cycles by utilizing AWS's scalable cloud infrastructure and a variety of AI frameworks, from generative AI to machine learning. The paper illustrates the potent influence of these technologies by looking at real-world use cases, like AI-assisted coding, resource management predictive analytics, and AI-driven DevOps automation.
