Abstract: This project focuses on designing and analyzing aircraft propeller blade strength, utilizing software like CATIAV5 for complex3Dmodeling. It highlights the benefits ofusingcomposite propellers overmetalliconesandconductsfiniteelementanalysis(FEA)usingANSYSworkbenchsoftware.Thestudycomparesthestrengthofaluminumandcompositepropellerbladesthroughstaticandmodalanalysisformaterialssuchas Aluminumalloy7075, E-glass, and Carbonfiber andalsoby usingMachine learningas prediction tool andcomparingtheresultsoftheprojectwewillbeabletoconcludetheeffectivenessofeachmaterialindesignof propellerblades and the use of the blades in aerospace engineering.
