Abstract: This is a report for a placebo-controled treatment trial on the effect of 6 g/day vitamin C on the common cold. Issues of the journal are available through the net since 1999, whereas this was published in 1977. This was included eg. in the Cochrane review on vitamin C and the common cold (2013).
