Use of Etaluma Immunofluorescence Microscope In Saliva Protein Analysis

Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: The Author reports the use of Etaluma Immunofluorescence Microscope in the saliva protein analysis of growth factors and cytokines. Most of the identified Human Growth Factors and Cytokines found in plasma and various stem cell therapeutic sources are also found in saliva, making saliva a preferred sample for testing. Being non-invasive, saliva samples can be taken serially over time with high patient willingness and compliance. The Etaluma Immunofluorescence Microscope offers a pathway to saliva testing in an office setting and also useful for small laboratories.
