Abstract: This research paper presents the design and implementation of a Flutter-based Bill Payment Application, which provides users with a seamless and secure platform for managing and paying their bills. The application is developed using Flutter for a cross-platform mobile experience, Firebase for user authentication and data storage, and Razorpay for secure payment processing. The system architecture is designed to ensure scalability, security, and user-friendliness, making it suitable for a wide range of users. This paper discusses the system architecture, functionality, integration of external services, and security measures employed. Performance evaluation demonstrates the application's efficiency and reliability. The proposed solution is highlyadaptable and can be easily extended to support additional payment providers and features.
