Abstract: This report outlines the method for determining the legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements for the European Open Science Platform (EOSC) secure data sharing and processing. The document outlines the project, and the proposed technology components, and explains the desk research and consensus-building process that led to the requirements gathering for the TITAN EOSC.
