THEIA-XR: Interaction Concepts (First Version) (D4.4)
Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: This deliverable presents the first set of results from task T4.4 “Multimodal interaction concepts and resulting requirements for XR-Technology and UI”. The goal of this task is to develop a general interaction model, wherein all the envisioned control and feedback functions relevant to each of the THEIA-XR use-cases can be described. Using this, we break down the interaction scenarios developed in task T3.2 into component control and feedback tasks, to specify concrete implementations of these functions to be tested in the project. By iteratively refining these implementations based on input from the co-design process as well as insights gleaned during the implementation process, we will converge towards a set of functional and relevant novel interactions to be showcased through immersive playable demonstrations. The present document aims to provide a first draft of a specification for these demonstrations.
