It analyzes international and national experiences in copyright regulation and AI applications in the arts. Recommendations for harmonious integration of AI are proposed, focusing on developing international standards, algorithmic transparency, and intellectual property protection. The study highlights the importance of balancing technological advancements with preserving the uniqueness of human creativity.
