Abstract: Annotation: This article focuses on analyzing the semantic, cognitive, and cultural aspects of the terms concept and notion within the framework of cognitive linguistics. Based on theoretical approaches proposed by linguists, the study examines the formation mechanisms of conceptual systems, the relationship between language and thought, and the interconnection between lexical semantics and cultural experience.
