Abstract: Dr. Malik Imtiaz Ahmad, FRSC, is a distinguished legal professional and academic with a PhD in Law from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London. With extensive expertise in customer service, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, he retired as an Additional Director (CS) from MEPCO. As an academic teacher and researcher, he has received awards for the Teaching Excellence Award, Senior Staff Fellow Member (2023-2024), and was named the best teacher by the University of London and the Royal Society of London, earning a 'Runner-up' distinction for the Research Fellow Award 2024.
