Abstract: Platycleis affinis Fieber, 1853 (Orthoptera: Tettigoniidae) – a new bush-cricket species to the Polish fauna.Platycleis affinis was recently discovered in the Bieszczady Mountains as a new species in the Polish fauna.The authors observed a stridulating male in an overgrown meadow at night on July 23, 2022.
