Abstract: Employee engagement plays a crucial role in organizational success, impacting productivity, job satisfaction, and overall business performance. This study explores the key factors influencing employee engagement at Metroflex Mattress, Karur. The research examines work environment, leadership, job satisfaction, training and development opportunities, and organizational culture. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from employees, alongside observational analysis to understand workplace dynamics. The findings aim to provide recommendations for enhancing employee engagement, thereby improving overall organizational efficiency and employee retention.
