Gradually increasing the complexity of materials ensures gradual skill development. Incorporating texts from various cultural perspectives enhances global understanding, while engaging cadets in the selection process fosters motivation. Supplementing readings with guides and discussion questions further supports comprehension and critical thinking, creating a rich learning environment tailored to their specific needs.
