Abstract: This research aims to develop a traffic flow simulation model for Mantagbac Bridge in Daet, Camarines Norte, addressing the growing issues of traffic congestion, long travel times, and environmental concerns. The study seeks to gather accurate data on traffic behavior, vehicle throughput, road network layout, and the factors contributing to congestion. It evaluates various traffic control strategies, such as signal coordination, road reconstruction, and the introduction of intelligent traffic systems, to improve traffic flow and reduce delays. The ultimate goal is to enhance traffic productivity, decrease fuel emissions, and create a more efficient and sustainable transport.
