Abstract: Calliopsis (Calliopsis) empelia Shinn, 1967 * [Holotype: CASC; ♂ Mt. Lemmon Road, Mt. Lemmon at 1067 mts, Arizona, US; August 15, 1954] The CARCIB team collected Calliopsis empelia, which is a new species record for the BCP. Two males were collected at the Magdalena Plains in May 2017, and January 2019. See fig. 25.
