Abstract: The CHANGER project aimed to identify gaps in ethics review processes and develop innovative training and guidelines. Our study examined challenges posed to Research Ethics Committees (RECs) by contemporary research using new technologies, new players, new forms of collaborations, and new challenges to human rights.
