Abstract: This dataset contains processed data and MATLAB scripts used for plasma line analysis, as described in the manuscript "Data reduction of incoherent scatter plasma line parameters" submitted to the Annales Geophysicae. The data files include processed ionospheric parameters, plasma line parameters, and spectra. The accompanying MATLAB scripts are provided to generate the figures presented in the paper. These scripts include functions for plasma line detection, Gaussian fitting, ionospheric parameter plots, and phase energy plots.
