Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Residual haemangiomas of the skin are the result of not full treated outcomes of the disease. They are characterised by the presence of capillary blood flow, red colouring, frequent localisation in the facial area, tolerance to drug treatment. Known physical methods of hemangiomas removal are complicated by the development of scar transformation of the skin. A new method of removal of residual and capillary forms of skin hemangiomas using Denave OptiScan laser with yellow spectrum of radiation, the selectivity of which is enhanced by the use of domestic preparation Extractum Hiperici oleosum, is proposed. The experience of treatment of 41 patients with residual skin hemangiomas showed the possibility of achieving good results with skin colour restoration according to computer erythemometry, without visible signs of scar transformation of the skin.
