Abstract: Disease diagnosis begins with investigation. The most crucial point in disease diagnosis and differential diagnosis lies with the collection of suitable biological sample and its interpretation. Biological sample includes blood, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, pus, sputum, stool and biopsy samples. Of which blood and urine are the most common sample collected for routine investigation.
