Abstract: The evolution of enterprise information systems has witnessed a paradigm shift with the integration of autonomous knowledge graphs, federated artificial intelligence (AI), and explainable models for real-time optimization. This paper introduces a comprehensive architecture that unites semantic reasoning, workflow automation, and real-time multisource data integration to facilitate intelligent enterprise decision-making. By embedding federated learning into decentralized data sources and incorporating explainable AI (XAI), enterprises can enhance trust and interpretability in automated recommendations. The implementation strategy focuses on streamlining complex operations, improving data traceability, and supporting dynamic workflow reconfiguration under variable conditions.
