Recursive Trust Graph Systems: Replacing Static Credit Scores with Epistemic Flow Networks

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This paper introduces a new class of epistemic infrastructure called Recursive Trust Graph Systems (RTGS)—designed to fundamentally replace static credit scoring systems like CIBIL and FICO. Instead of labeling individuals or institutions with a frozen score, RTGS models trust as a recursive, evolving flow, shaped by real-time intention, deviation, and context. It views creditworthiness not as a statistic, but as a living epistemic trajectory—capturing how agents align, repair, and evolve their credibility over time. Built on the ontological foundations of Yearning-Based Infinity Mathematics (YBIM), RTGS reimagines trust as a non-halting, recursive process—resilient to shocks, inclusive by design, and fundamentally repairable. 💥 Why It Matters: 📉 Fixes the $2.6 trillion/year leak in global GDP caused by exclusionary credit systems. 🧠 Models intent, not just behavior—bringing ethics into economics. 🔁 Enables real-time trust healing for individuals, SMEs, AI agents, and nations. 🌍 Epistemically inclusive—trust becomes a right to evolve, not a privilege to preserve. 🔗 Designed for AI, supply chains, governance, and decentralized finance. 📐 Core Features: Recursive Trust Updates via operator ℛ Trust Clusters emerging through convergence Epistemic Recovery Loops for self-repairing agents Simulation Framework validating trust dynamics under edge cases Macroeconomic Impact Modeling of recursive leakage and epistemic inclusion 🔮 Vision: RTGS is more than a financial tool.It is the first epistemically alive trust system, capable of evolving with agents, adapting to context, and repairing belief. It’s not just about credit. It’s about restoring the world’s ability to trust itself—recursively.
