Abstract: This master's thesis explores the impact of service quality on tourist satisfaction and loyalty within the context of Chor-chinor religious and ecological site. The study addresses the lack of existing services in religious and environmental facilities, emphasizing the importance of improving quality to attract and retain tourists. Through quantitative research and oral interviews, the study highlights the significance of enhancing services such as transport, dining, and auxiliary facilities to meet tourists' expectations.
