Abstract: Standard quantum mechanics describes particles via a wavefunction ψ(x, t) thatevolves linearly and dispersively, but lacks a physical mechanism for consistent particlere-localization upon measurement. We propose a fifth fundamental interaction, theConvergence Force, represented by a scalar field Φ(xμ) coupled to ψ, which bindsparticle identity throughout propagation and dynamically drives wavefunction collapse.This theory predicts measurable deviations in interference and tunneling experimentsand provides a physically grounded explanation for the wave-particle duality.
