Strategies for Increasing the Competitiveness of Enterprises in the Context of Recovery of the Economy of Ukraine

Abstract: The key factors that influence the competitiveness of enterprises are analyzed, in particular innovative technologies, modernization of production, development of human capital, as well as the need to diversify business models and enter new markets. Strategies are considered that are focused on improving product quality, expanding the range and implementing international standards, which allow enterprises to strengthen their positions in the international market. Particular attention is paid to the role of state support and the need to create a favorable investment climate to attract domestic and international investments. The results of the study allow us to conclude that for the effective restoration of the competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises in the post-war period, a comprehensive approach is needed that combines innovative strategies, flexibility of business models and active support from the state.
