Education towards the requirements of the labour market

Abstract: The publication presents the problems of contemporary education against the background of the requirements of the external labor market. Essential aspects of education and the labor market were presented, using the results of secondary research cited from various reports. As a research method, literature analysis and a research tool in the form of a survey questionnaire were used. The theoretical part was developed on the basis of selected literature on the subject and analysis of reports. The empirical part contains the results of primary research carried out on a purposefully selected sample of respondents. In the presentation of the obtained research results, a description of the basic research results was used.
