Abstract: The article reviews modern foreign studies devoted to the influence of hydrodynamic flow structures during drying in a fluidized flow. The physical and technical foundations of these methods, their advantages, areas of application and experimental confirmation of their effectiveness are considered. The relevance of introducing such solutions into agricultural production in order to improve energy efficiency and quality of bulk material processing is emphasized.
