Strategic directions for the formation of socio–economic values in the context of the post–war economy of Ukraine

Abstract: The subject of the research is the theoretical, practical and methodological provisions in thestudy of the main strategic directions of formation of socio–economic values in the context of thepost–war economy of Ukraine.The aim of the research is to identify the key strategic directions of formation of socio–economicvalues in the context of the post–war economy of Ukraine.Research methods. The article uses methods of literary analysis, generalization, classification,grouping, tabular, graphical and other methods.Results of the investigation. It has been found that in the post–war economy of Ukraine therewill be numerous difficulties in restoring infrastructure, reforming economic processes, strengtheningsocial protection of the population and reintegrating the temporarily occupied territories. It isestablished that the formation of socio–economic values will be a key task for ensuring sustainabledevelopment and improving the quality of life of the population, where important areas will be tostimulate investment, support innovation, develop human capital and strengthen the institutionalframework for sustainable economic growth. It is proved that when studying the strategic directionsof formation of socio–economic values, special attention should be paid to sustainable development,social responsibility, innovation and technological development, equality and inclusiveness, patriotismand national identity, since they will become the main elements of the mechanism of economic growthand restoration of a harmonious and just society that is able to respond to modern challenges and laythe foundations for the future development of Ukraine’s economy in the post–war period.Scope of the results. Strategic management, socio–economic, national values of the country,national economy.Conclusions. The main strategic directions for the formation of socio–economic values in thecontext of the post–war economy of Ukraine are identified and it is proved that they should be based onan integrated approach, where human capital, sustainable development, social cohesion, inclusivenessand international cooperation are key elements. The main strategic directions are as follows: priority ofhuman capital; promotion of sustainable economic development; inclusiveness and equality; patriotismand social cohesion; development of international partnership; reform of the governance system;environmental safety and sustainability. The author proposes a combination of strategic directions forthe formation of socio–economic values in the context of the post–war economy of Ukraine, includingthe need to reform economic structures, support innovation and entrepreneurship, strengthen socialprotection of the population, increase the investment attractiveness of the country, and implement aneffective anti–corruption policy aimed at creating sustainable economic development and improvingthe living standards of citizens. It is established that the effective implementation of strategic directionsfor the formation of socio–economic values will become the basis for building a strong, prosperous and competitiveeconomy of post–war Ukraine.
