Abstract: "D2.1 Baseline Assessment and Knowledge Gathering for the PRO-CLIMATE Living Labs" outlines an overall framework and methodology to set up the Living Labs for each case study. It is structured as follows. First, the overall methodology and approach to design the framework is presented in Section 2. Then, in Section 3 the framework for setting up Living Labs is explained. Following, the baseline knowledge (Section 4) as well as its implementation process (Section 5) is addressed. Finally, the document concludes with the main highlights of the deliverable and the next steps in WP2.
