Abstract: This report corresponds to D1.1 ‘Project design basis’ of the TAILWIND project in which research on mooring lines and anchors for floating offshore wind is being developed. The scope of the activity here reported is related to the scenarios definition, including location, floater and mooring configurations, as well as the estimation of loads expected for mooring lines and anchors in selected scenarios.
