Modelling the Dynamics of Sustainable Development and Digital Transformation of Organizations
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Today, the issue of quantitatively assessing and tracking the dynamics of sustainable development and digital transformation in organizations is underexplored, particularly regarding the use of both quantitative and qualitative indicators and the expectations of stakeholders for such development. The authors have developed a methodology that considers these aspects by utilizing a set of indicators proposed by the international GRI standards and the MIND framework, which are intended to evaluate these dimensions. The article advocates for employing a multidimensional scaling toolkit to simultaneously gauge the levels of sustainable development and digital transformation, while providing a comprehensive understanding of the alignment or deviation of such development concerning stakeholder expectations. Furthermore, the article illustrates the application of the developed methodology through the example of Energoresurs-Invest Corporation.
