Abstract: ASAP CRN Cloud Release - v3.0.1 Overview This v3.0.1 Data Release for the CRN Cloud consists of 5 additional un-curated contributions, and an update to two datasets metadata. The metadata update for two Team Scherzer datasets resolves Dataset Metadata discrepancies among Team Scherzer's PD5D set of datasets and makes them now v1.1, and has no implications for the curated Artifacts for the Team Scherzer snRNA-seq dataset recently made available with Release v3.0.0. All have been harmonized with the CRN Cloud through a metadata package according to our Common Data Elements. We look forward to curating these workflows as appropriate workflows become available.
