Abstract: This paper introduces Derma Eye, a cross-platform mobile application that leverages deep learning for detecting skin and eye diseases. Built with Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), the system utilizes models trained on specialized image datasets. These models are hosted on a Flask-based API and accessed through a Flutter-based application interface. Users can upload images, receive disease predictions with confidence scores, and view relevant medical guidance. Additionally, the app integrates generative summaries through Gemini AI. The proposed system is scalable, responsive, and designed to provide users with accessible healthcare insights.
