A Journal of the Conference of Registrars of Colleges of Education inNigeria" Vol. 2, No. 1 November, 2009 with ISBN: 978-2012-42-4 as it is now anadministrative.CORECOEN discovered some gaps in organization communication like file minuting in ourColleges of Education sub sector and this edition has attempted to fill some of these gaps, notonly for the befits of the young potential administrators, but also for the benefits of ouracademic administrators . This will contribute to the smooth and effective running of theadministration and management of Colleges of Education sub sector.
