Digital Tools in Green Chemistry for Sustainable Development
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The integration of digital technologies with green chemistry principles presents a ground-breaking approach for dealing with global environmental challenges. As the industry strives for more durable chemical processes, digital equipment such as computational modelling, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and automation play an important role in the adaptation of resource usage and waste reduction. These advanced technologies enable real-time monitoring, future state analysis, and process adaptation, leading to an increase in the efficiency and stability of industrial applications. Taking advantage of digital innovation, industry can significantly reduce its environmental footprint, maintain economic competition, and make green chemistry a more viable and attractive solution for emerging and established markets. This research engages in various studies and contemporary applications where digital devices have successfully revolutionized chemical manufacturing and industrial stability. Conclusions indicate that digitally prosperous green chemistry processes may reduce dangerous waste production by up to 40% and improve energy efficiency compared to traditional chemical methods. In addition, adopting an AI manual future model allows the design of environmentally friendly chemical yoga, reducing the dependence on tooling reagents and improving overall process safety. Emerging trends show that pharmaceutical, agricultural, and material science industries are rapidly embracing these innovations to ensure stability by complying with strict environmental rules.
