Abstract: The comparative analysis of morphological changes in the spleen due to chronic kidney disease (CKD) is an important topic in medical and biological research. CKD is characterized by the progressive deterioration of kidney function, which may lead to dialysis or kidney transplantation. The disease significantly impacts patients' quality of life, increases the risk of comorbidities such as cardiovascular diseases, and imposes a financial burden on healthcare systems. Socially, CKD patients often experience employment restrictions and stigmatization, emphasizing the need for support programs, including rehabilitation and psychological assistance. The economic impact of CKD includes high costs for medical treatments, hospitalizations, and long-term care. Given the increasing prevalence of CKD worldwide, early diagnosis and effective management of risk factors such as diabetes and hypertension are crucial. Public awareness campaigns and improved access to medical care are essential for preventing and mitigating the effects of CKD. Understanding the metabolic disturbances associated with CKD, including electrolyte imbalances, acid-base disorders, and protein metabolism abnormalities, is vital for optimizing treatment strategies. This study highlights the necessity of a multidisciplinary approach to managing CKD, aiming to improve patients' quality of life and slow disease progression.
