Abstract: The New Mysterious Highland Flap-Necked Chameleons from East Africa, with remarks on the status of Chamaeleo roperi BOULENGER, 1890 and Chamaeleo martensi MERTENS, 1964 (Sauria: Chamaeleonidae) A review of the status of Chamaeleo roperi Boulenger, 1890 and Chamaeleo martensi Mertens, 1964, in the context of "Chamaeleo dilepis (Leach, 1819) complex" is provided, a new species, Chamaeleo incognitus, sp.n. is described from Kenyan Highlands.
