Abstract: The EU documents in the period 2016-2023 in the field of public administration aim at a wellprepared administration that has the citizen at the center of its operations and quality digital delivery of services. States aspiring to be members of the union, including RNM, in the future period should implement the good practices of the EU and harmonize the law and policies in this part as well.
