Abstract: Subject of study. Budget programs as a tool for financing revenue and sustainable economic growth of local budgets.The aim of the study. Consider types of budget programs for economic growth of Ukraine. Conduct an analysis of budgetary mechanisms aimed at ensuring economic recovery and development.Methodology of work. The peculiarities and conditions of application of budgetary instruments of local economic development are disclosed. The potential of cooperation between territorial communities and stakeholders in terms of the methodology for the implementation of budget programs is highlighted.Results of work. Anti–crisis and development tools of local economic development have been studied. In modern conditions, the dominant support is budgetary instruments. The types and volumes of financing budget programs for the economic growth of Ukraine in 2024 have been analyzed.Conclusions. Budget programs are a tool for ensuring sustainable development and the basis for the stability of territorial communities, which will maximally contribute to the stabilization of the financial and economic situation and the restoration of territories.
