Abstract: It has previously been difficult to genetically engineer rats, but these limitations have been overcome by using CRISPR technology. CRISPR/Cas9 PlatformCB is dedicated to creating custom genetically edited rat models to meet specific requirements, including neuroscience, ADMET, cardiovascular and oncology, etc. Compared to traditional methods, our advanced CRISPR/Cas9 service flow enables consistent and precise targeting, eliminating the concerns and additional breeding caused by mosaicism and enabling germline transmission.
