Abstract: Lord prof PhD PhD Momtchil Dobrev-Halachev developed 2006 prof. Momtchil Dobrev and prof. The entire theory describes the possibilities of the plans for imposing a New World Order since the 19th century, describing all the steps of the representatives of the banking financial resource technological mafia materialism and mafia to impose a New World Order, mastering the sovereignties of all countries, the schemes for imposing a New World Order, using for this purpose the stratification and unlocking of a global pandemic. In the year 2006 Lord Prof. Momtchil Dobrev and Prof. Mariola Garibova-Dobreva developed the Theory of Social Human Genocide", which theory proves the plans and actions of the deep mafia to reduce the population of the Earth, make people sick, deprive people of a health system, an educational system with the ultimate goal of controlling the consciousness of people. In 2006, Prof. Momtchil Dobrev and Prof. Mariola Garibova - Dobreva created the Theory and Practice of Creating and Managing Fear.
