Abstract: Online activities are crucial economic drivers for communities, fostering the growth of information and communication technology (ICT). In Africa, effective leadership is essential for sustaining this progress through a transformative agenda. Transformational leadership inspires teams with a clear vision and proactive engagement, making leaders key players in digital change. Given the complexities of social media, integrity in leadership is vital to tackle the challenges of the digital landscape. This paper examines how transformational leadership rooted in integrity supports the sustainability of technology in Africa amid digital transformation challenges.
