Abstract: Article 63 of our Constitution states: "The family is the fundamental unit of society and has the right to be protected by society and the state." As is well known, the family plays a vital role in the upbringing of children as a key component of society. The relationship between parents and children is regulated not only by family law but also by moral norms that are valued in society. Mutual respect and behavior among family members reflect the culture within the family, and such cultural values play a significant role in a child’s upbringing.
