Abstract: This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially the influence of leadership, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Buma Cima Nusantara Cinta Manis Unit. This type of research is Associative research because this research will explain the relationship or influence between variables with other variables. The sample in this study was 216 respondents. The sampling technique used was cluster sampling. The data used in this study were primary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using the f test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between leadership, organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Buma Cima Nusantara Cinta Manis Unit. While partially (t test) there is a positive and significant influence between leadership, organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Buma Cima Nusantara Cinta Manis Unit.
