Abstract: The University of Messina signed the Agreement on the Reform of Research Evaluation (ARRA) on 17 November 2022. This document outlines the University's action plan for the implementation of the principles and commitments of the agreement and was approved by the Board of Directors in the session of 31 March 2025 with the favorable opinion of the Academic Senate in the session of 25 March 2025
