Report on nutritional recommendations (D2.6)
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Interest in uptake of research products has immensely grown hence, the need to clearly express the researchers’ envisioned utilization of derived data, findings, results, technologies and innovations. Therefore, the research by FoodLAND not only offers new knowledge, technologies and innovations but also offers pathways to their utilization and exploitation at the local country and specific regional levels. The results are presented in formats, such as nutritional recommendations (NRs), in which packaging of the FoodLAND results and deliverables envisions their sustainability in form of exploitable results. This report is a presentation of both the situational architecture, that landscapes the nutritional issues in FoodLAND project implementation sites and nutritional recommendations derived from FoodLAND’s work; in readiness for their uptake and exploitation of the latter by the country governments both at national and regional/county levels. The main objective of the task was to generate nutritional recommendations; inclusive of backdrops that provide enhanced understanding of the context of the nutritional issues and possible pathways to the exploitation of the NRs.
