Proteomics analysis of nerolidol-producing Saccharomyces cerevisiae with partial degradation of Acc1 in fed-batch cultivation

Abstract: Proteomics analysis of two strains expressing a tetracycline/temperature/auxin ternary regulatory system. One strain has Acc1 not depleted by auxin-inducible protein degradation (EH5, ERBV1.2A). In another one, Acc1 is partially degraded (GH5, LV.2A). Samples were collected from fed batch cultuvation at 8 hours (glucose as carbon source, exponential growth), 48 hours (fedbatch stage), and 96 hours (fedbatch stage).
